Multi-facility golf course owner/operator

Our very first client, a golf course owner / manager, needed a frequency rewards program to improve loyalty at its stable of 20+ courses throughout the U.S. After working with them to design the program strategy and parameters, Loyalty Leaders 1.0 was developed to enable the client to manage and analyze the program.

Using Loyalty Leaders, they were able to track all of their purchase and rewards activity, fulfill rewards in-house, service customers, and update their courses with data each day. The program quickly grew to almost 100,000 members, and they have experienced a healthy ROI in incremental rounds and spending.

When a national specialty retailer with over 300 stores wanted to test a frequency rewards program, they needed a system to track and manage the program. They already had marketing systems, so they were only interested in the rewards tracking and customer service management aspects.
